The Challenge
It can be observed that the reason for most of the accidents that happen at night is because of people who drive under the influence of alcohol. Sometimes people say, “just a drink or two” and keep drinking till it’s late so they end up driving back home. This has been a major reason for road accidents that is still persistent today. Although the issue is recurrent in a variety of age groups, we will be focusing mainly on millennials and students whose social life might frequently revolve around drinking and partying.
The reason we selected this topic is that we believe it would have a major social impact. Our group will consist of 3 subgroups of young adults who are likely more frequently subject to drinking in social settings: undergraduate students, graduate students, and young working professionals. We hypothesize that each of the subgroups would have a different mindset and approach to dealing with the stated problem.
